Wheel bearings are a commonly overlooked item on most cars. Some good indicators pointing out that a wheel bearing is beginning to fail are vibrations at speed, howling sounds, or a general “crunchy” feeling when you try to spin the wheel. If you are noticing any of the above, it is time to replace your wheel bearing before further complications can occur.

Note: Per BMW, you must replace the 4-wheel hub bolts that secure the hub assembly to the spindle. They are one time use only and are unsafe to reuse.
