For over 100 years Magneti Marelli has excelled at the design and manufacture of hi-tech automotive systems including acting as an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of lighting systems for all major car manufacturers worldwide including Audi, BMW, Honda, Land Rover, Mercedes, Toyota and Volvo. The lighting division of Magneti Marelli is located in Reutlingen, Germany where they design the lighting as well as the manufacturing process. Then there are 16 manufacturing factories globally where they manufacture headlights, turn signals, light bulb signals, and tail lights. Magneti Marelli brand OE (Original Equipment) lighting equipment may be packaged underneath Marelli’s brand Automotive Lighting after to recent merger with Calsonic Kansei in 2019, and restructuring of the branding to suit new OE (Original Equipment) technological progress.
