The Bosch brake pads are composed of more than 5 layers all of the original equivalent quality:

Trim (friction material) suitable for each vehicle and its needs Mid-layer improves safety and comfort of use Adhesive layer for attachment between the insert support and the lining Anti-vibration materials for improved comfort of use Pad support integrates perfectly with the rest of the brake system

When should I change my brake pads?

Bosch advises replacing brake pads at least every 40,000 km.

Care instructions:

Always replace your pads in pairs (left and right side).Imperatively replace your pads with each change of discs.Before assembly, lubricate the ears of the brake pads with Bosch’s Superfit brake grease.Do not lubricate the brake pads except at the ear of the pads.Do not use lubricant containing copper.When replacing pads, replace systematically accessory parts (springs, clips…).

Be sure to respect the recommendations of the vehicle manufacturer and demand Bosch quality!
