Adrenalin for BMW M engines. BMW M TwinPower Turbo Longlife-01 SAE 0W-40 oil is specially developed for modern BMW M high-performance engines and ensures optimum performance, even in the most dynamically demanding conditions. Thanks to its 0W viscosity, it improves cold starting, even at temperatures as low as -40°C. It also helps to keep important engine components clean and protects from corrosion and deposits, thus extending engine life.

Suitable for all BMW M models with petrol engine, except M5/M6/Z3 M/Z8 before model year 2011, M3 before model year 2014.

BMW M TwinPower 0W40 carries a LL-01 approval and is ACEA A3/B4 rated. This is the new BMW-approved oil recommended for turbocharged M engines that require extra protection at elevated temperatures. This oil is better suited for M turbo engines than the 0W30 “Fuel Efficient” oil used in non-M cars.
